HTO, Ltd. Online Exchange/Return Policy and Procedures

If you wish to return unused merchandise, HTO, Ltd Online will offer a full refund, exchange or a merchandise credit at your request within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required. No returns or exchanges on any new or used cycling, snowsport, watersport or climbing equipment, food or publications. Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Include the HTO, Ltd. Online Return Packing List at the bottom of the invoice with all exchanges or returns.
• Please circle EXCHANGE or RETURN to indicate the type of return processing required.
• If EXCHANGE is circled, use the comment field at the bottom of the Return Packing List to provide exchange directions.
• Affix the UPS label provided to the outside of the box. Use one of the following options to ship the item(s) back to HTO, Ltd.
1)Give the package to a UPS driver
2)Place the package in any UPS Drop Box
3)Take the package to any UPS Store/Facility
4)When using this service, your refund will be reduced by $5.99, the cost of your return.

RETURNS/CREDITS/EXCHANGES REQUIRE REGISTER RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. HTO, Ltd. Online will offer a full refund, exchange or a merchandise credit at your request within 30 days of receipt.

No Returns on Books & Maps
No books, maps, or any other publications may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
Food:
No Return on Food Products
Due to the importance of package integrity, once you have purchased any food item, it may not be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.
Climbing Gear:
Climbers, please read:

NO RETURNS ON CLIMBING GEAR.
Once any climbing equipment is removed from our control, we can not attest to its integrity; therefore we cannot accept any returns of climbing equipment for exchange, credit, or refunds. Please understand that this is for everyone's safety.
CLIMBING SHOE WEAR:
Climbing shoes can wear quickly, in many cases faster than the average pair of athletic shoes. The soles of these shoes should not be allowed to wear within 1/8th of the rand. Allowing the sole to wear any thinner than this could damage the rand, making resoling difficult, and can cause premature delaminating. Please remember that activities such as trail walking and descending through screen will greatly increase the chance of sole or rand delaminating. Climbing shoes do not have a lifetime warranty and we cannot be held responsible for excessive wear or mistreated shoes. Please take care of your climbing shoes so they will better serve you and last you longer.
Gear Cards:
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law) or returnable and are not refundable if lost or stolen.

Outdoor Outlet/Clearance Item Return Policy:

HTO, Ltd Outlet Store item/s are returnable within 72 hours of a purchase. The item/s must be in new, unworn, unused, unwashed, like new condition, to the Outlet Store only. HTO, Ltd Outlet Store purchases may never be returned to non Outlet Stores or to HTO, Ltd’s Online Store. Non HTO, Ltd Outlet Store item/s are not returnable to the HTO, Ltd Outlet Store.

Snowsports/Electronics Repair Policy:

Attention Customers!
At HTO Ltd., we always strive to work directly with our customer to resolve any warranty or performance issues. Fortunately, we represent only the very highest quality performance manufacturers in the world and they too share our concern for the performance of their equipment. In fact, for any warranty, repair or performance issues for electronics, skis, sleds, snowshoes or snowboards, the manufacturers require that the customer contact the manufacturer directly. Thus, all service and/or warranty issues regarding any Snowsport/Electronic equipment must be resolved directly with the manufacturer. HTO, Ltd. can not act as an intermediary. There are no refunds or returns on any used snowsport/electronic equipment.

ATTENTION BURTON CUSTOMERS:
All warranty, service or performance issues regarding any Burton Products must be resolved by the customer and the Burton Customer Service Department. Burton is an exceptional company and they make exceptional products, however, in the event that you are ever dissatisfied with a Burton product, Burton would prefer that you contact them directly at their Customer Service Department. You may reach them at 1-800-881-3138 or on the web at www.burton.com . HTO, Ltd. is not permitted to act as an intermediary. There are no returns or refunds on any used snowsport equipment.
