Runners, come one come all! HTO and Let’s Get Fit want to help get you energized for the week and get your blood pumping. Join the HTO Running Club every Tuesday night for up to a 3 Mile Fun Run; run at your own pace or for as long as you want. Let’s Get Fit team leaders will be on hand to assist with proper running techniques, stretching advice as well as nutritional and proper hydration advice. As simple as running may seem, at times we take for granted that improper technique or something as simple as lack of hydration can cause injury. HTO and Let’s Get Fit can help to provide you with the tools to become a stronger runner. Become a regular and receive special deals with your Group Run Card! Tenley Circle Hudson Trail Outfitters: 4530 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W. Washington, DC. Most of the routes will be an out and back; if someone wants to run a shorter distance, they can simply turn around and head back when it’s to their liking.
Rockville: Meet at Starbucks in the Wintergreen Plaza, located at 865 Rockville Pike in Rockville, MD. Runs will leave from there and head down a wide and paved Wooten Parkway. This area is well lit and the visibility for both runners and traffic is very clear.
Pentagon Row Hudson Trail Outfitters: 1101 South Joyce Street, Arlington, VA. Most of the routes will be an out and back; if someone wants to run a shorter distance, they can simply turn around and head back when it’s to their liking.

Calling all Riders, come join “HTO’s Cycling Club”! Meet new people, find new biking partners, create new adventures. Join HTO for local touring and mountain biking rides. Rides will be lead by HTO staff and will range from 10-20 mile trail rides to 20-30 mile road rides. Rides will start promptly at 9:00 am; arrive at 8:30 am for pre-ride group stretching. Sign up in stores… ask to speak to a Store Manager!
At the conclusion of the ride HTO will have a 30 minute question and answer session on basic bike maintenance. Contact your local HTO store today for ride details. Helmets required!

Capital Crescent Trail or River Road Training Ride YOU DECIDE!
Join HTO for a 16-mile light trail ride from DC to Maryland on the Capital Crescent Trail. Road or Mountain bikes are welcome. Are you race training? Join HTO for a 20-30 mile training road ride out River Road to the empty back roads of Poolesville. Steep climbs and fast down hills provide a natural training course.

Patapsco State Park-Avalon
Join HTO’s Mountain Bikers for 15 miles of single track. This ride is exclusively for mountain bikers and any rider who loves getting dirty. Creek crossings and logs to jump make this a great ride. Please note there will always be two rides to choose from; the rides will be based on varying levels of experience.
